At Reeds Decorating Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we’ll do our best to make the process quick and straightforward.
Returning an Item
We’re happy to accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The goods were purchased within the last 28 days.
- Items are unused, unopened, and in a resaleable condition.
- Goods include the original packaging and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
- Some products are exempt from being able to be returned. These exceptions are indicated below.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the value shown on your invoice or receipt.
Exceptions
Some products cannot be returned unless they are faulty:
- Tinted paints or products mixed to your specifications.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Faulty or Defective Items
If you believe a product is faulty or defective:
- Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. bank or card statement).
- Once the fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a full refund, exchange, or a reduction in price, whichever is most appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Refund Times
Refunds are normally processed within 3–5 working days, depending on your card provider. Most refunds appear within 24 hours, though online refunds may take up to 3 working days.
